JAMES DWOSKIN

James Dwoskin has extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate industry. He is a second-generation real estate professional and grew up in the business. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin's Real Estate program (1982). At the time of his graduation, the UW Real Estate program was the #1 ranked such program in the country. As a broker he personally sold over $1.5 billion worth of investment properties scattered across 35 states. Starting in 2001 he began slowly accumulating a portfolio of investment properties. Today his full energy is spent managing the existing portfolio and on the search for new opportunities.
