James Dwoskin has extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate industry. He is a second-generation real estate professional and grew up in the business. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin's Real Estate program (1982). At the time of his graduation, the UW Real Estate program was the #1 ranked such program in the country. For the past twenty years he has been active in the sale of single-tenant properties to purchasers in the midst of 1031 and 1033 (condemnation) Tax-Deferred Exchanges as well as the institutions and individuals whose business is the acquisition of single-tenant properties. Over this period he has personally sold over three hundred and fifty (350) single-tenant projects in thirty-four (34) states and the District of Columbia.
