James Dwoskin has extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate industry. He is a second-generation real estate professional and grew up in the business. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin's Real Estate program (1982). At the time of his graduation, the UW Real Estate program was the #1 ranked such program in the country. For the past twenty years he has been active in the sale of single-tenant properties to purchasers in the midst of 1031 and 1033 (condemnation) Tax-Deferred Exchanges as well as the institutions and individuals whose business is the acquisition of single-tenant properties. Over this period he has personally sold over three hundred and fifty (350) single-tenant projects in thirty-four (34) states and the District of Columbia. The projects completed have included facilities leased to the following tenants: KMart, Wal-Mart, Kohl's, CVS, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, Food Lion, Giant Foods, Bi-Lo, Winn-Dixie, McDonald's, Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, PetSmart, American Fidelity Corporation (sale-leaseback of corporate headquarters), Shopco, Academy Sporting Goods, Old Dominion Freight Lines, Chase, Goodyear, Mercantile Stores, Pitney Bowes, First National Bank, Cinemark USA, Sutherland Lumber, Long Island Fireproof Door, Huntington National Bank, U.S Marble, Tyco, Commerce Bank, Hastings Entertainment and VF Corporation.

Because the vast majority of the deals closed by James Dwoskin have been with purchasers in the midst of 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges he has become an expert in the complex structuring of exchanges to meet the goals set by his tax motivated investors.
